What Does Sexual Harassment in the Workplace Mean?

Harassment in the workplace means that the workers and maybe even customers are uncomfortable. If the there is no comfort, the company will suffer for obvious reasons. I chose this topic because, this week I had to update a course online for work. I work in a photography studio and every so often we have to update our courses to stay in the loop on the changes made. The course was very interesting because I believed harassment to be sexual, but there is harassment on disabilities, age, race, religion,  gender, and sexual harassment as well. Sexual harassment in a workplace is a terrible thing not only to the company but to the people that are being harassed, potentially it may affect the people more than one might think.

  1. I agree with you Maritza. Sexual harassment and harassment in general not only makes the person doing it look bad but also the company. Having workers who are not respectful and spend their time harassing people is an embarrassment. I also believe there is different harassments but in my opinion I feel the worst in harassment towards people with disabilities, it honestly breaks my heart.
